Learning outcomes

1. Be able to explain the procedure for winding up the Estate of a person who leaves a Will 2. Be able to explain the procedure for winding up the Estate of a person who dies without leaving a will

Assessment

One multiple choice test and one assignment of eight questions. Approximately 2500 words

Entry Requirements

One of the Following

Two GSCE's at Grade B or above

Four GCSE's at Grade C or D

BTEC 1st Diploma (NVQ/GNVQ Level 2 or above)

ILEX Level 3 Qualifications

Mature Student (A signed declaration will be required)

Cost

Single Subject - One payment of £265

Procedural Law (Module Two) £525 or deposit of £125 and eight monthly instalments of £50
